Schlosspark-Klinik is situated in a central yet idyllic setting at the Charlottenburg Palace Gardens. A mid-sized emergency hospital, it nonetheless offers a wide range of diagnostic services such as MRI, CT and left heart catheterization. The hospital specializes in ophthalmology, orthopaedics and neurology:

At the Department of Ophthalmology, operations are performed to treat cataracts and to correct refractive errors using modern intraocular lens implants. Retinal diseases can also be treated, and diseased tear ducts, eyelid malformations and eyelid tumours surgically corrected. The department also specializes in treating glaucoma and corneal diseases and performing cornea transplants.

At the Department of Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery, patients are provided primarily with artificial hips and knees, receive arthroscopic treatment for major joints and have malformations of the foot (e.g. hallux valgus) treated. Another area of specialization is the treatment of spinal diseases.

At the Department of Neurology, acute and chronic disorders of the neuromuscular system are diagnosed and treated. The department’s medical team is specialized in treating neuromuscular disorders, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, dizziness and impaired balance. Another field of speciality is chronic neurological pain.
