There are various reasons for a patient to seek telemedical support across borders: Maybe a specific surgery was recommended or a serious illness is diagnosed and the patient is hesitant and wondering if another treatment option might be available abroad.     Our Berlin hospitals and doctors’ surgeries normally offer a free-of-charge cost estimate based on your inquiry and the received medical reports and documents. Please note that the medical reports should be up-to-date (preferably not older than 3 months) and in English or German. You will receive a treatment or diagnostic recommendation and cost estimate within 1-3 days. If the case is more complex, please allow more days until you receive the cost estimate.
