Advanced Medicine

At the Neurosurgery Clinic, all diseases, deformities and injuries of the skull, spine and peripheral nerves are diagnosed and surgically treated. Many of the very latest technologies are used in the clinic’s modern operating theatres.

The Centre for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery has decades of experience in using innovative methods to treat all diseases of the locomotor and nervous systems in adults and children. Highly specialized departments with an outstanding reputation – that extends even beyond the local region – focus on orthopaedics, trauma and hand surgery, orthopaedic tumours, paediatric orthopaedics and neuro-orthopaedics, as well as on plastic and aesthetic surgery.

To ensure the best possible treatment of patients with tumours, the hospital offers close interdisciplinary cooperation between the various specialist departments when it comes to diagnosis and treatment. The central focus is on the medicinal treatment of malignant tumours. Systemic therapy forms a key element of the interdisciplinary treatment concepts.
